What is a cupcake bouquet?

A cupcake bouquet is an arrangement of freshly baked cupcakes, each hand-piped with buttercream in the shape of a flower, then assembled and wrapped so it looks like a flower bouquet. It's presented and gifted exactly like flowers, but every bloom is an individual cupcake that can be lifted out and eaten.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is completely free anywhere we deliver in the UAE, with no minimum order value.

Which areas do you deliver to?

We deliver across all seven emirates — Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain. We are currently unable to deliver to Hatta or Abu Dhabi's Al Dhafra (Western) Region. If you're unsure whether we reach your area, message us on WhatsApp at +971 58 600 6730 and we'll confirm.

When will my order be delivered?

You choose your delivery date at checkout — up to 30 days ahead. Deliveries are made between 2 PM and 9 PM on your chosen date.

I need it for an event at a specific time. What should I do?

Choose the day before your event. We deliver between 2 PM and 9 PM and can't guarantee a set hour, so a day early removes the risk. Refrigerate overnight and take it out 20 minutes before serving so the buttercream softens.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Not currently. Every bouquet is baked fresh to order, so the earliest available delivery date is tomorrow. If you need something urgently, message us on WhatsApp and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.

How do you keep the bouquet fresh during delivery?

Every bouquet travels from our kitchen to your door in a refrigerated delivery vehicle. This keeps the buttercream firm and fresh across the UAE's heat for the whole journey — not just once it reaches your fridge at home.

How do I pay?

We accept Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED. Payment is taken securely at checkout through our payment gateway, and your card details are never stored on our website.

What sizes are available?

Every design comes in five sizes: 7, 12, 19, 24, or 30 cupcakes.

Can I include a personal message?

Yes, and it's free. There's a message field on every product page where you can write up to 80 characters. We print it and include it with the bouquet.

How long do the cupcakes stay fresh?

The cupcakes are baked fresh for your delivery date. Keep the bouquet refrigerated if you're not serving it straight away, and bring it back to room temperature for around 20 minutes before eating so the buttercream softens. The cupcakes can stay for up to 3 days when refrigerated.

Are the flowers real?

No — every flower is made from piped buttercream on a cupcake. The whole bouquet is edible apart from the wrapping and any decorative toppers.

Can I order for a wedding or corporate event?

Yes. Our 30-cupcake bouquets suit larger occasions, and we can arrange multiple bouquets for bigger events. Message us on WhatsApp at +971 58 600 6730 to discuss quantities and timing.

Can I send a bouquet as a surprise to someone else?

Absolutely — most of our orders are gifts. Enter the recipient's address and phone number at checkout, add your printed message, and we'll deliver directly to them. Please make sure the phone number you give is one the recipient will answer, since our driver may need to call on arrival.

Do you cater for allergies?

Our cupcakes contain wheat, eggs, and dairy, and are made in a kitchen that also handles nuts. We can't guarantee an allergen-free product. If someone has a serious allergy, please contact us before ordering.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Get in touch on WhatsApp as soon as you can. We can usually make changes while your order hasn't yet gone into production, but once baking has started for your chosen date we may not be able to alter it.
