Where we deliver

My Bouketta delivers across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. If you are unsure whether we reach your area, message us on WhatsApp at +971 58 600 6730 before ordering and we will confirm.

Delivery cost

Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend, anywhere in our delivery areas.

Choosing your delivery date

You select your delivery date at checkout. Available dates run from tomorrow up to 30 days ahead. Because every bouquet is baked fresh for your chosen date, we do not currently offer same-day delivery.

Delivery times

Deliveries are made between 2:00 PM and 9:00 PM on your chosen date. We are unable to guarantee a specific time slot within that window.

On the day

Our driver may call the recipient on arrival, so please make sure the phone number entered at checkout is one that will be answered. If you are sending a bouquet as a surprise, consider providing your own number alongside the recipient's address, and let us know in your order notes.

Delays

We aim to deliver on time, every time. Occasionally, traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control may cause a delay. If your delivery is running late, we will contact you as soon as we are aware.

Receiving your bouquet

Cupcake bouquets are best enjoyed on the day of delivery. They can be refrigerated for up to 3 days — keep the bouquet chilled until you're ready to serve, then allow around 20 minutes at room temperature so the buttercream softens.
