myBouketta.com, operated by My Bouketta FZ LLE, is a cloud bakery in the UAE, creating exquisite handcrafted cupcake bouquets where indulgent flavour meets elegant floral artistry. Each bouquet is thoughtfully crafted to deliver a distinctive gifting experience, with delivery available across the UAE.

Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and to our ability to deliver on your selected date. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, in which case we will contact you directly.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price shown at the time you place your order is the price that applies to that order.

Product presentation

Every bouquet is handmade, so small variations in the shape, arrangement, and shade of the buttercream flowers are natural and to be expected. Product photographs are representative; your bouquet will closely resemble but may not exactly match the images shown.

Personalised messages

You may add a printed message of up to 80 characters to your order at no charge. We reserve the right to decline messages that are offensive, unlawful, or infringe the rights of others.

Recipient details

You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address and recipient phone number provided at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect details.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including photographs, designs, product names, and text, is the property of my Bouketta and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
